David Clarke is a strategist with over 40 years’ experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Founder of DCA, he advises on business planning, cultural transformation and long-term sustainability, and is an RSA Fellow and RIBA-accredited Client Advisor. He also holds leadership roles with Heritage Crafts, Metropolitan Arts Centre Belfast, and Sing Up.

Rachel Farrer
Rachel works across the cultural and creative industries. With a background in higher education enterprise and innovation, she has led major creative clusters and cultural projects across the UK. Rachel chairs Birmingham Open Media and regularly speaks on creative technology and networks. At DCA, she leads on cultural strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Lisa Burton
Lisa Burton is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial interiors and heritage projects across Europe. Formerly an Associate with Haskoll Architects & Designers, she now leads multi-disciplinary teams at DCA, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. A member of the Association of Project Management, Lisa brings insight from both client and design perspectives to achieve outstanding results.

Company and Project Manager
Sue Carter
Sue Carter is DCA’s Company and Project Manager, bringing broad experience from universities, textile design, and architectural practice management. Since joining DCA in 2004, she has overseen administrative systems, client service, and communication, while coordinating project delivery and consultant integration. Sue also leads on National Lottery Heritage Fund applications, ensuring projects are well planned, documented, and delivered to deadline.
