Arts Organisational Development

First appointed in 2011 as lead consultants to work with Warwick Arts Centre under the Arts Council’s Transform programme for improving resilience, we worked alongside the Arts Centre’s senior team for a year to develop organisational capacity and culture, integrate creative direction with market intelligence and explore the potential to grow income from fundraising, secondary spend, new work and digital development. The project developed to include testing an ‘innovation panel’ approach to audience development, looking into brand development and scoping capital redevelopment to deliver new income streams through digital activity. All consolidated in a new business plan and marketing/audience development strategy.

Our work with WAC continues, focusing on capital redevelopment to develop new digital screen facilities, a new gallery, new catering facilities and to integrate reception/box office with the University’s conference reception and welcome facilities.
