We have recently carried out a full business review and economic appraisal for this landmark project, which provides collection and exhibition galleries in a Grade 1 Listed Robert Adam house and Capability Brown landscape. The project has been very successful, but is now moving to a more business-centred operating model and our work included a full market analysis, segmentation, review of business opportunity, construction of new business and operating plan and identification and options analysis of investment opportunities against regional targetry.
