Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock

DCA have been working with theatre consultants Charcoal Blue on a study for the replacement of the Prince of Wales Theatre. The work consists of identifying a future model for the theatre; an appraisal of current and future demand for the facility, and a competition analysis. As well as reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of the current operation and identifying the optimum size and style of a facility, the work includes a site options analysis with preferred management strategy and indicative management budgets and subsidy levels.
