Arts Space, Leek

DCA has been commissioned to undertake a study to identify the demand for an arts space in Leek, north Staffordshire. This includes extensive consultation, a site options analysis and a building specification together with a cost estimate for the capital works. DCA has prepared a headline business case for the project including a review of management arrangements, business model, a risk assessment and will set out a strategy with critical targets and timescales that need to be hit.
